Hard, lumpy brown sugar will be a thing of the past when you use this cute wee chap. The brown sugar chef is made from natural terracotta. Just soak him in water for 15 minutes, pat him dry and pop him into your brown sugar canister. This little fellow will keep your brown sugar moist as it should be. Each soaking lasts for approx three months,then all you do is re-soak and follow the process above.
